Your data is yours. The agents ViaVia builds are deployed in environments you control — your cloud account, your model provider, your storage. ViaVia does not train any shared model on your data. ViaVia does not retain a copy of your corpus on ViaVia infrastructure beyond what is required for an active engagement, and working copies are deleted on request or at the end of the engagement.
What this site collects
This website collects no analytics, no cookies, and no fingerprints. The only data received from you is what you send by email or in a contact form, used only to reply.
Mail sent to hello@viavia.solutions is processed by an email provider and stored in the inbox. It is never shared. To request deletion, write to the same address.
Sub-processors
For active engagements, the only third-party processors ViaVia touches are the model provider you choose — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Mistral — and the storage you already use. No additional sub-processors are introduced without your explicit approval.
